I just sold my old car planning to get the latest model instead, I just want to ask what should I choose between long or short term mortgage? I'm quite confused and can't seem to decide what to choose between the two. |

My advice here is to first select a lending company and choose between a fixed or an adjustable rate before you finally decide for a mortgage term. It’s good to choose a term that you can handle in terms of payments. Review it carefully and if you think you can't cope up with higher payments, choose the longer term. |

Thanks for your response.I just talked to a credit union who can assist me with my
credit union auto loans
. They have presented to me the difference between long and short term mortgage and yes, I'd prefer the short term due to its advantages. |
