its weird we can't get police officers to patrol our streets, but the M L KING DAY parade that just went trhu downtown flint had 14 police cars driving next to it. And 4 officers on downtown streets for travel control.
Maybe we should have a parade every day to get police protection? |

They volunteered... to get paid overtime, or to be able to get comp time.
There also might have been some Sheriff Dept volunteer deputies. I dont know if there were any, however. |
