Hey everyone. I hope to get enough participation to begin a small weekly newsletter listing events in the Flint area. There are quite a few positive events going on in the area these days, but it seems it is seems that people usually find out about these things too late or they miss them completely. I plan to put together a list of anything happening that will benefit the community and send it out at the beginning of every week. So, if you know of anything that should be posted, please send me a message so we can get everything in there. All events should be family friendly and should be free or little cost so that everyone has an opportunity to enjoy them. So, if you know of any concerts, holiday activities, car cruises, theater productions or any other fun things, let me know. I also want to list any educational opportunities or any projects that benefit the community, such as fundraisers, food giveaways, church activities or informational meetings.
This is an opportunity to pass your event information along to people in the community and give more people a chance to enjoy positive things in the Flint area. Please take the time to contact me if you would like to be a part of this newsletter.
