Posted by RoNeisha Mullen | The Flint Journal February 15, 2008 13:38PM Plans to build a Harley-Davidson dealership and other retail space on the site of the old Chi-Chi's restaurant moved one step closer to reality Thursday night when the township Planning Commission unanimously voted to approve site plans. The plans call for a 22,000-square-foot addition to the former restaurant at 2408 Austin Parkway. The showroom will be housed in the add-on, and the empty eatery will be divided into five separate stores comprising businesses "complementary to the motorcycle business," said owner Gary Gregoricka of Owosso. But just think.
