But with a grin I say it might depend on who it's for, i.e., a friend or an enemy, or for yourself. Simple divorce, no kids, no property? Complicated divorce where everything will be contested,i.e., kids, property, investments, business? Best referrals are by word of mouth, from others you know and trust who have used the services of an attorney. Being satisfied with legal services doesn't necessarily mean winning a war but rather knowing you've been treated with respect and served in a professional and ethical manner under adverse circumstances.
