A nice Jeep from the impound lot which carries a city of Flint Police special operations secret license plate. Sam lets his buddy Fred Viznako drive it around and gas it up with the city's gas whenever freddie needs it. Sam you better get your nose out of Dayne Wallings butt before Don catches you!
