Free Friday Night! What Will You Do?
Jazz Festival at Riverbank Park, Downtown Art Galleries, Family Fun Friday Night August 11th
Bringing downtown back to life will take contributions from many
people, organizations, businesses, and property owners. Flint Club
is again creating a list of downtown activities to inspire greater
participation in this revitalization effort. Talent and ideas are
welcome to help reach the goal of 100 things to do. Come out and
join us from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, August 11th. Many downtown
businesses such as the Lunch Studio and Brown Sugar Café will be
open and waiting for your business!
Flint Club is also organizing a Downtown Weed Killer from 2:00 to
4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 9th. Gather at the Flint Club office
in the Capitol Theatre Building on East Second Street. We will have
tools and trash bags, but please bring what you have to help!
