I guess this is what she meant?????? Shocked

Fifteen months ago, Michigan taxpayers and businesses were punished with $1.4
billion in new taxes -- the Michigan Business Tax, the 22 percent business tax
surcharge and a higher state income tax. Since taxes went up, Michigan's
unemployment rate has also increased -- it's now 10.6 percent, the worst in the
nation. But the tax revenue keeps pouring in.

Now we find out the state of Michigan is overcharging taxpayers. While families
and workers are struggling to make ends meet, state government brought in an
extra $712 million this past year on the heels of a $350 million surplus the
year before.

Just think: That $712 million surplus means Michigan created the most notorious
business tax in the nation, gouged workers and job creators, and badly damaged
our reputation with companies looking to expand or relocate, all for no reason

My only income is my pension and social security, neither of which is considered taxable by the state. BUT - I MUST file a return every year, because I file a Federal return. If I don't, I'll be audited by the State. How much does it cost the state every year to process all the returns with no taxable income?

"Blowed away"? Can we really take anything anyone like this guy says as an intelligent point or discussion when the simple word "blown" isn't even in his vocabulary?

Look, quit being an ass.

The quote was from a state of the state address and she said "blown away". I don't care whatever right wing piece of toilet paper you may have read that stated otherwise, but we all know what she said.
