Could this guy have had the goods on Barcakos gang. Of course we all know that might be unfair to mention Vince Foster since Clinton's investigators proved beyond a doubt that Vince Foster walked across wet, freshly mown grass and kept the bottoms of his shoes clean, shot himself in the head and the blood actually ran uphill.
