Author    Post   Steve Myers Site Admin City, township officials consider opposing countywide millage vote to support Hurley by Elizabeth Shaw | THE FLINT JOURNAL Wednesday July 15, 2009, 7:39 PM GENESEE COUNTY, Michigan -- Even as the Aug. 4 polling day approaches for a countywide millage to fund health care services at Hurley Medical Center, a growing number of city and township officials are questioning the county's legal right to ask the question in the first place. It's too late to block the election.
