Author    Post   LakeWoman50 F L I N T O I D More problems are plaguing the Rowe building downtown Flint, a friend of mine works in the Building Department at the city and says the bricks are falling apart and deteriorating. They have condemened the building i heard as well due to the old brick just turning into dust. Has anyone else heard this?
