The red zone brochure is the same except for the color. Note the areas not colored; are they still on a weekly schedule, or no pickup at all? Since the pickups are cut in half, they should double the amount you can put out each week. |

If trash collection is cut in half, shouldn't the millage be cut as well? Or do the "savings" go to pay more cronies? |

More union arbitrations for Walling. it appears he cannot cut the number of garbage people until the contract ends, as the number is set in the contract. That may have been done to prevent people from the injuries that had been occurring on the job. The new trucks Williamson bought were also designed to reduce certain injuries. |

I rode one of the trucks for a few hours during a neighborhood cleanup once. It's not an easy job. Incidentally, my partner on the truck was Dale Weighill. He came to our 5th ward neighborhood to help out. |
