I saw more documents there about the Smith Village - University Park project. Interesting stuff. Looks like Nancy Jurkiewicz-Rich had her act together. Council postponements led by the previous 5th ward councilperson did not make HUD happy as this was a priority. Dave Starr F L I N T O I D I see that there's a copy of the letter HUD sent to Flint about terminating the Smith Village grant and demanding repayment of a little over one million dollars at www.flintspotlight.com. Just what Flint needs.
