After the recent events with the baggypants morons sending bullets in any and all directions I have come to the conclusion that I will avoid any and all travel into Flints city limits. No reason to go there so why risk it? What a sad way for a once great city to end up. By the way one of the most pathetic performances I have seen in a long time is the mayor surrounded by all those black pastors or communtity leaders or whatever they claim to be calling for a
cease fire
 . Arent those the same black leaders who go bonkers and cry racial profiling if the cops actually do attempt to crack down on the bangers. To those of you who cant leave or must enter the combat zone known as Flint you have my sympathy. Arm yourself and be aware of your surroundings and good luck. |

| Dave your mentioning of SE Asia made me think of a plan of attack against the bangers. What with all the high grass and unmowed areas surrounding the punks hideouts and escape routes perhaps some strategly placed feces tipped Punji sticks would be a way to lessen their ranks and help bring da mayors plan of cease fire a reality. It would be hillarious when 24hrs after getting stuck with the punji the little bangers leg swells up like a watermellon and has to be lopped off. Can you picture a one legged baggypants punk trying to keep them drawers up while preventing his piece from slipping out. We actually have a stand of bamboo growing in our yard let me know if you need some stalks. |

Punji sticks - an excellent idea! Maybe a Tiger pit or 2 as well. No M-14, but a short barrel 12GA will work well in the city.
Lacy, there's a surplus place on Richfield Rd. where you can get camouflage uniforms. or, you can go with urban camo - black jeans and a black hoodie. Seriously, looking out for each other is the best thing to do. On our block, we know each others names, phone numbers & schedules. If someone's going away for a few days, they let other neighbors know so they can watch the house. We have signs in our windows: "WE SEE, WE HEAR, WE CALL". |

Dave I would pay to see one of these punks squirming around in a tiger pit calling for his momma, not so tough now aye shithead. The major problem is these gangsta rapping morons put no value on human life and would just as soon kill an innocent as well as someone who "dissed" them. Did you see those 4 piece of shit scumbags that ambushed the pizza guy on ch12 news being arraigned, not an ounce of brains amongst them. They are a subculture and all the "cease fire" ideas in the world wont make them go away or change their miserable lives. I see on the ch12 news they now want granholm to get involved. Well that oughta do it another liberal joining the crew.

Personally, I think camo would make my butt look bigger, so that's out for this season.
It is truly a shame it has to come to this. Since the dope house across the street was vacated, it has been so quiet. It is nice to sit in my back yard and converse with my neighbors over some good food.
Our whole neighborhood has breathed a huge sigh of relief since they left. We are all still vigilant and insist on walking each other home when the we ladies get together for an evening of back yard bonfire, drinks and chatting. We also get the regular husband escort or armed window watch as we leave.
We know that even though they are gone, we are not 100% in the clear. We do stay vigilant and look out for each other. The reports about the east side are clear, it is up to a neighborhood to keep their block clean. |

| Actually in the right surroundings camo would make your butt disappeer. Thats why they call it camo. Hey maybe the vacant dope house will get struck by lightning and burn to the ground. Vacant dope houses have a tendancy to do that ya know. One question when you ladies are escorting each other home dosent one of you wind up winging it? |
