Author    Post   untanglingwebs El Supremo Word is the city would like to give the Oak Business Center to Ketterring University. The decision id up to the Economic Development Corporation, which is the legal owner of the Oak center. walling has admitted he is frustrated by his inability to conrol everything, especially the quasi-governmental entities. He also wants the EDC to give title of the chevy-in-the -hole property to the city. Rumor has it the city must pay for stashing compost on this site. Tracy Atkinson harassed staff until at least 1 left. Now she is trying to locate grant and funding sources for the Oak Business Center. Hope she isn't billing HUD for this project! Also Tracy Atkinson is said to be in North Carolina as part of her job with Mott College. When HUD come is again in JUNE, I hope they look carefully at her time cards and make sure she is not double dipping. How does she report her time at Mott college and the time she spend in meetings and grant reviews at United Way.
