Author    Post   untanglingwebs El Supremo Some tenants of the Oak Business Center are furious since they found out they are paying a higher rate per sq. ft than a limousine company with clout down town in the mayor's administration. It seem Grteg Eason allegedly thinks he contols the EDC and the Oak Business center. He has lowered rents for this company and told the company to disregard communications from the centers business manager. He has also blocked an eviction for them. Good news is that Witherbees returned a $200,000 loan and the money appears to be going to an ambulance company looking to relocate on Clio road.
