Word has it that Mayor Walling will sign another 11 year property tax abatement for University Park Estate property owners. It seems questionable to me that this would be granted as these aprox 140 property owners are only now comming off an 11 year abatement in a city desperate for funds..
I believe that Flints economic situation and the Mayors priorities have led to a lack of adequate public safety and consequant murders every week, assaults every day and B&E'S in broad day light..What can he be thinking ?

Hey you guys research who lives in University Park and you will find out why he wants to extend it.
He is basically helping out some friends and supporters before he is recalled.

Actually, a lot of residents there are friends and supporters of Hoodrow. |
