On channel 12's snow coverage today, he was interviewed and identified as the transportation director. What's up with that? _________________ I used to care, but I take a pill for that now. That begs the question of why "know nothing about transportation procedures" Walling is saying he is in charge and he is directing the work. I quess that explains why Court Street is nearly down ro the surface and the north end main roads are struggling. City street maintenance workers are rotating shifts to continuously clear snow from major roads before they can move on to secondary and residential streets. "As the snow continues to fall and shift from the wind gusts we will continue our efforts of clearing and salting the major roads and access routes to our local hospitals," said Director of Street Maintenance Arnold Brown in the release.
