The South Side Task Force, using a federal grant, is frequently on the north side. I am willing to bet that the north side uses the majority of resources available. So who is being discriminated against?

FLINT, Michigan — Northside business owners and residents will meet at the location of a recent homicide to protest what they see as a "discrimination of police protection by city officials," according to a press release.
The group will meet at 11 a.m. Friday at the Marathon gas station at the corner of Fleming and Pierson, where 20-year-old Antonio L. Stark was gunned down.
There have been 21 homicides so far this year in the city, well above last year's total to date.
Flint School Board member and former mayor candidate David Davenport is one of the organizers of the event. |
