I'm having a hard time getting my avatar picture to take. Can I have someone provide me with instructions please. I use another site similar to this one and have no problem with my avatar picture. If it requires shrinking the size of the pictures, I would need assistance with that as well.

My picture appears to be too big and will need to be reduced. Suggestions on how to make it smaller to stay within the 10o pixels?

Enter 100x100, save the pic to your HD and upload it here.
