I kind of like that area preferring Gaylord or Houghton Lake. They are supposed to be adding some amuzement park in the Grayling area in a year or two.

Housing prices in Flint are getting silly. Per the City's web page, the SEV of the house next door to me is $18,000.00. According to the sale information posted there, it was sold in April for $65,000.00 to a person in Detroit. The house has been empty for 3 years. Nobody in the neighborhood has seen anyone enter the house, so we think it was bought sight unseen. |
