I don't think that anyone would notice due to the fact that Modesto is way far away. But if the person borrowed to coding to a certain extent, it's not against the law, just not good practice. You can get templates for free and sometimes in the page source, it already gives proper credit to the person that designed it. _________________ Build a bridge and get over it! You have to look at the css style sheets to really compare them though. My guess is that both were coded by the same program. I'd guess they are both done on dreamweaver.
