"The Citizens Nuisance Task Force [CNTF] "Clean Flint Initative 2004 campaign provided three dozen neighborhood organizations in the City of Flint the opportunity to clean up their neighborhoods. The campaign's sixteen Saturday cean up's provided 629 volunteers the opportunity to remove 1,355 tons of trash and brush from the neighborhoods.
