Five candidates have filed for three Flint board of education seats, competing in the May 6 election.
Incumbents Jennifer Dillard and Vera Julie Perry are running against David Davenport, Jack Mitchell II and Antoinette Lockett for four-year terms.
Also, Tracey Fountain is running unopposed for a one-year term to fill the vacancy left by the late Michael Cross. Lockett was appointed to fill Cross' seat, but she is running for a four-year term. |
