Why does the state make things so difficult?
Our income is pension & Social Security, not subject to State Income tax. BUT, if I file a Federal form, I must file a State form or I'll be investigated for not filing. At least Flint doesn't require filing if you have no taxable income.

I help out the kids by doing their taxes for them. With the state, you fill out a form instead of sending W-2's. Extra forms for property tax credit. The forms are designed so you're constantly going back & forth between forms and different sides of the forms. SHEESH! I can do 5 Federal 1040A's in the time it takes to fill out ONE Michigan return.

Oh, well, it'll get easier after November.... How much dod you make? SEND IT IN!

I used to care, but I take a pill for that now.

Pushing buttons sure can be fun.

Paddle faster, I hear banjos.
