Residents in the neighborhood near Fenton and Atherton say they have seen an older male in a truck taking pictures of children. They say they saw the man both Friday and Saturday. When neighbors approached the man, he quickly took off. Police say the man was driving an older model burgundy pick-up truck with a silver stripe.
