The banner at Williamson's office across from city hall indicates that he is running for governor as a Democrat.

That's total BS. The Democratic party better put an end to that. He can't win and to boot he's NOT A DEMOCRAT. Look at his campaign contributions!

I dont know or even care what party the Don hooks his wagon to but I remember driving by his campaign headquarters on court and saginaw and seeing Kerry Edwards posters on the side. Could be a clue there.

I remember a quote where Williamson said he supported bush because he was a personal friend. When Williamson ran for mayor didn't he claim the UAW endorsement even though he did union busting?

I was actually quite disappointed with the crew on "Off The Record."

I'm used to The Don walking all over Flint Urinal and ABC12 reporters. I expected better from these guys. It was like they asked the scripted questions and didn't even listen to the answer.

(paraphrasing)

Reporter: You are a convicted felon...were you guilty?
The Don: The jury said I was guilty...all's I did was loan a guy some money.

Wow...I had no idea you could serve 41 months for making a loan. I guess he loaned it to the wrong guy.

The best line came from Christoff....

"So you've paved some streets. How does that qualify you to be Governor?"

Pretty muched summed it up.

The way he paved most Flint streets is scandalous. The storm sewer grates in my neighborhood are a good inch lower than the pavement. Don't try riding your bicycle over those grates.
