Author    Post   00SL2 F L I N T O I D There was an MTA Millage Renewal passed in the August 8, 2006 Primary Election. Which service did that cover? My 2007 Winter Tax bill (City of Flint resident) shows Mass Transit Tax Rate is 0.79980. Can anyone explain how the following adds up to the rate on my tax bill? "Local taxes: Three separate millages fund MTA's operational costs. The money does not traditionally go to building projects.
