FLINT, Michigan -- Mayoral candidate Darryl Buchanan, who lost Tuesday's primary by 15 votes, is going to ask for a hand re-count of all precincts.
Buchanan scheduled a 12:15 p.m. news conference today at the Genesee County Clerk's Office to officially ask for the recount.

Regardless of who the candidate is, when it's that close a recount is practically mandatory. |

I agree 15 is too close and I feel it is fair for Mr Buchanan to ask for a recount. |

I agree as well, 15 votes in a city of our size isn't a lot. |
