Channel 12 reported at noon that when the ballot box for precinct 45 was opened, it was empty. They had no further details. _________________ I used to care, but I take a pill for that now. On the 6 o'clock news Kathy Shaffran reported the recount was completed, but that four precincts weren't counted. Makes no sense to me; I thought recounts were to correct errors. In other words the numbers were wrong in 4 precincts!!! In other words the election was screwed up so Clack might not have really come in second place. How bad was the recount numbers off in the four precincts? Do our machines have "programming issues"? Kind of screwed up if you asked me. Were the machines switched around? What the heck happened.
