Mayor Walling is out of control and needs to be stopped. Wake up residents this guy is worse than Mayor Williamson. There are minimum staffing levels for each shift which are followed. If there aren't enough officers scheduled, the shift commander holds officer over on overtime to cover the shortage. It happened under Williamson and with a budget crisis it could happen here. No $ in the overtime budget. I asked him if it could be possible for less than 9 cops to be on the street at a time or shift. He said absolutely because of layoffs, shift changes, sickness, major crimes, days off etc. He told me that only 8 cops were on street last week one day.
