That could explain why the cameras put up in certain areas don't have power connected.

Total: $78,646.94 But, if they paid it, they'd have to lay off Montle, or Poplar, or Jones, or - - -

Some north end residents are furious because they bought camera on their own with grants, Consumers is said to have refused to connect them because no one will quarantee payment for them. So there are cameras up that do nothing!

What do you guys expect? Walling can't even run a balanced budget campaign. The guy runs twice and both times has to retire his debt. ( years after the election is over ) I think its hypocritical on Wallings part running as a change candidate and all. He ran this election on "CHANGE" and he was going to do things differently. He criticized Williamson on certain things and Walling is doing the same damn things. How can anyone support this guy?

Walling during his campaign promised CHANGE and all we got was Short Changed.

Does non-payment of the bills explain why so many street lights are out on main arteries?

It seems there are more street lights out than usual, and the bulbs being used do not illuminate the sidewalks enough. I've actually watched many of them go out as I drive by. Perhaps the quality of the bulbs being used should be reconsidered.
