Author    Post   untanglingwebs El Supremo Insiders have been watching and they say the murder rate the administration says is 50 is under the true number . They say this number does not reflect "justifiable homicides" and the deaths that occur, sometimes months later, after the original injury. There are indications that certain assaults may not be properly counted. If we are short of officers, then why are the "glory boys" still on a every other weekend off instead of the every third weekend off as most officers.
