WILL THE COURT BEOME BACKLOGGED WITH NO OFFICER TO COVER THE DUTIES?
SOME OF THE COURT OFFICERS DUTIES ARE:
1) WARRANTS
2) WORK WITH EXTRADITIONS
3) PROCESS TICKETS

That sounds like a well thought out plan.
Seriously, how long has it been since they actually functioned as community officers? |

Once again Walling is addressing council on police department policies and the chief just sits there.
Council makes sure there are 2 officers at all council meetings, so that is 2 fewer on the street.
Walling is blaming the unions again. They have made offers in excess of what he publicly said he wanted, and he rejected their offers. There have been numerous police officials that have detailed their offers.
The 12 hour shift was tried and eliminated by the department. Now Walling blames the union for the loss of 5 positions! I was under the impression the change increased the amount of overtime. |
