Anticipating the migration of the city 911 to central dispatch, and finding a sale online, I picked up a digital scanner. One thing I noticed is the central dispatch seems to give the cars a lot more information about the call. I don't know if this is because the city sends info to the car computers, or what, but the difference is noticeable. |
