I just did a search of the city charter and ordinances online for the word "Ethics". It's not found anywhere. Interesting.
I also found a web site with information that maybe Flint should look into.

There is a great article on Atty. Gen. Cox and his efforts to beef up ethics rules in Michigan. Whole page devoted to ethical issues. |
